Therefore, they have special characteristics and require particular requirements to be able to manufacture and supply them with quality levels worthy of the customers who appreciate them.

About the appearance of the products

Since these types of products are made by hand, it is impossible to guarantee that all products are identical and there will always be slight variations.

In fact, this is not a negative thing, but it is something highly appreciated by customers as it adds value to the article because each knotboard is different and therefore unique.

• The photos in our catalogs or website are sample images.
• We cannot guarantee that the knot board delivered will be the same as the sample photos.
• The knotboard that is delivered can have a different arrangement of the elements, as well as contain different knots, thumbnails, background color, etc.
• If a specific content and appearance is desired, it must be expressly requested.

About delivery times

When ordering knot frames we will indicate a delivery time (which can be between four days and four weeks per frame depending on the model), so we suggest that you take it into account and place your orders for knot boards enough time.

About the knots showcase's crystals, their fragility and shipping with guarantees

As the insurance of the transport agencies does not compensate for the broken glass due to their great fragility, we are forced to require some requirements for be able to serve and ship orders for knot boards with the assurance that they will arrive in good condition.

The best option is to order the knot boards in pairs of the same size even if they are different models. (For example two 90x60cm frames, two 60x45cm frames, etc).

In this way we can protect the crystals of both frames by placing them towards the inside of the package and leaving the most resistant parts to the outside.

For example, an order with two frames of any model but both of the same size will have a much better chance of arriving in good condition than an order with any other combination of frames of different sizes.

Individual frames or orders with frames of different sizes

The option with the best guarantees that the unpaired knots will arrive in good condition is sending them without crystal, and placing them at the destination . In this case, if you send us the ticket for the marquetry or glassware, we will pay the part corresponding to the glass and final assembly.

For any other option, shipping management is the responsibility of the customer and we decline all responsibility on the arrival of the painting in good condition. If you need to use special packaging to improve the protection of unpaired crystals and frames, we must write down a charge for special packaging on the invoice.
