About the appearance of the products

Since these types of products are made by hand, it is impossible to guarantee that all products are identical and there will always be small variations.

In fact, this is not something negative, but it is something highly appreciated by customers as it adds value to the item because each knot box is different and therefore unique.

• The photos in our catalogs or website are images of sample.
• We cannot guarantee that the boards delivered are the same as the sample photos.
• The board delivered may have a different arrangement of the elements, as well as containing different nodes, miniatures, background color, etc.
• If a specific content and appearance is desired, it must be expressly requested.

About deadlines delivery

When ordering knots boards we will indicate a delivery time (which can be between four days and four weeks per frame depending on the model), so we suggest that you take this into account and place your orders for knot frames well in advance .

For any other option, the management of the shipment is the responsibility of the client and we decline all responsibilityfor the arrival of the board in good condition. If you need to use special packaging to improve the protection of unmatched glass and pictures, we must note a charge for special packaging on the invoice.
