Usermaatra Setepenra – Ramses Meriamón, or Ramses II is the third pharaoh of the 19th Dynasty of Egypt, who ruled about 66 years, from 1279 BC. C. until 1213 a. C. Ramses II is one of the most famous pharaohs, due to the large number of vestiges that remain of his active reign.
Cleopatra VII Thea Filopátor was the last ruler of the Ptolemaic dynasty of Ancient Egypt, although his son Cesarion survived him as a pharaoh. He was also a diplomat, naval commander, linguist and medical treaty writer. Ptolemy I Sóter, founder of the dynasty, a Macedonian Greek general of Alexander the Great.
