Terms of revocation

a) Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel the contract generated by our written order confirmation and without providing any justification within fourteen (14) days from the day you, or someone designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the products ordered. If you are a customer residing in the European Union or the European Economic Area and made your purchase through the Sales Channels, this will be deemed to represent your legal right to withdraw from the contract. For this to be considered valid, it will be sufficient for you to express your withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

To cancel the contract and return your product(s), you may contact our Customer Service Center and follow the instructions provided. Alternatively, you may send us an unequivocal written declaration, either by post or email, to: Arte Mar, info@artemar.es.

b) Return Process

Products purchased through the Online Sales Channels may only be returned to the distribution center of our Arte Mar online store at the address of our Returns Department, through our Customer Service Center, or, if available, to selected Arte Mar retail stores, in accordance with these Terms of Sale.

Products not purchased through the Sales Channels may NOT be returned to our online store’s distribution center.

To return a product to our online store’s distribution center, you must follow the steps below:

(i) call the Customer Service Center;

(ii) For all returns, you must include the product, along with all its accessories, any free products you received as part of your order, the Service Guide, the Warranty Card, and all other documents in their original packaging.

c) Conditions for returning a product

We will verify that the returned product meets the conditions of the Product Return Policy and, if so, we will immediately issue the appropriate product refund.

Our products must be returned in new and unused condition, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the relevant labels and stickers attached (if applicable), as well as with the original boxes and packaging and the delivery package, including all accessories and documents. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or if it has been used or altered in any way from its original condition. Alternatively, we may reduce the product refund amount based on the alterations to the product.

If you received free items as part of your order, you must return them along with the products.

All returns will be subject to strict quality control by us to ensure that the returned products meet these requirements. If the products do not meet quality control requirements, we will reject your return and return the products to you. If the returned product meets the quality requirements, we will issue a refund.

Failure to comply with these Terms of Sale entitles us to reject the returned product and return it to you at your expense.

d) Non-Returnable Products

Orders for products that have been personalized in any way or custom-made to your specifications cannot be cancelled; such products cannot be returned to us or offered a refund. These products include, but are not limited to, products that have been engraved or embossed.

e) Refunds

Only the purchaser will be entitled to a refund of the purchase price. Under no circumstances will a person who received the product as a gift (i.e., the «Gift Recipient») be entitled to a refund. If you are the Gift Recipient and wish to return a product, please contact the Customer Service Center to discuss your options.

If the return complies with these Terms of Sale, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to refund the purchase price to the buyer using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item at the Arte Mar online store distribution center.

f) Return shipping costs

Shipping costs incurred due to the return of the merchandise will only be borne by the seller in the event of a product defect. For any other reason, the buyer must bear the return shipping costs.
